Reception, Y1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 Admissions

As pupils settle into new catchment areas across Ponteland, we understand that some families may wish to transfer their children into new schools for many reasons, including siblings places; location of schools; faith or religious reasons; school preference.

For this reason, Richard Coates will be offering a number of places for children who wish to transfer to us across from other primary year groups.

As of Monday 1st April 2019, our ‘In-Year Admission’ applications will be co-ordinated by Northumberland County Council. Please click on the link  click here if you wish to apply for a place.
Governors and Pele Trust Directors have agreed the following numbers for September 2019
  • Reception 60
  • Year 1 – 30 (capped to one class)
  • Year 2 – 60
  • Year 3 – 30 (capped to one class)
  • Year 4 – 60
  • Year 5 – 60
  • Year 6 – 60

For admission into any of these year groups, please complete a Northumberland County Council application form on this link  click here .
